Alejandra, I see good explorations here, with quite some variety (thumbs up!). One aspect you may have noticed is that the rooms that looked more spacious (thumbnails #4, 12, 15, 18, just to pick a few) go against the impression that Della and Jim are poor and must live in a small apartment because of their shoe-string budget. On the other hand, those thumbnails that feel more "packed" (#5, 7 , 26) represent better their limited financial means.
I can already see in some details that you are thinking of some nice touches for the future (like laundry drying, I think, modest Christmas decorations, small "lovey" touches from both spouses to make their small home more of a comfortable and cozy nest).
My pick goes towards #5 and #26. They are quite packed with "stuff" in a small space. However, on the wall in the back, instead of just rows of shelves, I would replace the middle column with a window that reveals the exterior (the urban, cold outside, that may have some Christmas decorations or not, or maybe a partial view of a sign for a hairdresser's shop!).
If you show some of the exterior (of the outside), you open up more options for visual storytelling, so it's not only visually more appealing, but narratively richer.
Finally, another interesting view is thumbnail #7, IMO.
Good luck with this! I'm eager to see all the little details of decoration that you'll add in the final version!!
